You may have to work evenings and weekends to complete an urgent or last-minute project.

Graduate or above
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience in Sales & Marketing, E-Commerce, content creation is preferrable
Proven experience managing content and posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
Well-versed with technology
Highly organised multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple instructions
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools.
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Solid organisational skills
Demonstrates excellent time management skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-service and presentation skills
Good English business communication level
Knowledge in website maintenance is a bonus
