Did you know that nearly 1 in 2 (46%) Australians aged 16–85 had experienced a mental disorder during their lifetime?


It's tough to feel like you're alone when you're going through something like this, but I'm here to tell you that there are people who care about you and want to help.

Here are some tips on how to deal with stress:

1) Take a break from social media: Social media can be an addictive habit that can make you feel like your life sucks in comparison to everyone else's. It's important to take breaks from social media so that you can focus on what matters most—your happiness!

2) Exercise: Exercise has been proven to reduce stress levels by releasing endorphins into the bloodstream, which help improve moods! Try taking a walk around the block or going for a run if possible! It will help clear your mind from all those negative thoughts!

3. You can follow my channels where I post weekly videos about mental health, psychology, mindfulness reminders, business mindset and lifestyle.
